About Us

ITOPA Charity Trust Foundation (ICTF) is a registered non-profit organization in Nigeria, established in 2022 with a focused mission to improve the well-being of under served communities particularly women and children.

As an emerging organization, ICTF is intentionally building a strong foundation rooted in accountability, transparency, and measurable impact.

🎯 Our Mission

To enhance the quality of life of women and children through sustainable health, nutrition, and community-based development initiatives.

👁️ Our Vision

A society where every woman and child has access to basic healthcare, proper nutrition, and opportunities for a healthier, more secure future.

💬 Our Story

ICTF was founded out of a deep concern for the persistent challenges faced by vulnerable populations in Nigeria—particularly the limited access to healthcare, poor nutrition outcomes, and the need for stronger accountability in development efforts.

Recognizing these gaps, ICTF was established with a clear intention: not just to intervene, but to do so responsibly, transparently, and effectively from the outset.

💬 Our Approach

ICTF has adopted a clear and focused mandate to ensure effectiveness and accountability from the outset. Rather than spreading resources too thin, we are concentrating on areas where we can deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.

🩺 1. Health & Nutrition for Women and Children (Core Program)

We are committed to developing and implementing evidence-based health and nutrition interventions that support:

  • Maternal health

  • Child nutrition

  • Preventive healthcare

  • Community health education

As an emerging organization, our approach prioritizes:

  • Working with vulnerable populations

  • Partnering with local health providers

  • Collaborating with community stakeholders

This ensures that our programs are relevant, practical, and sustainable.

🏛️ 2. Good Governance & Accountability (Cross-Cutting Theme)

Good governance and accountability are central to ICTF’s identity.

From inception, we are embedding:

  • Strong financial controls

  • Transparent reporting systems

  • Community participation

  • Results-based monitoring and evaluation

This deliberate approach ensures the responsible use of donor resources and builds long-term trust with stakeholders.
